Return and Cancellation Policy

At Cedarburg Angel Therapy Readings, we are committed to delivering high-quality services with integrity and professionalism. Due to the personalized and intuitive nature of our services, we have established the following policies:

Refunds and Exchanges

• No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our services, including readings and consultations. This policy aligns with industry standards and is based on the belief in the quality and integrity of our work.

Missed Appointments

• Rescheduling: If you miss a fully paid appointment, you have 30 days from the original appointment date to reschedule or apply your payment toward another reading or service. After 30 days, the credit will expire.

Cancellations

• Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

• Provider-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer options to reschedule at your convenience.

Confidentiality

• All sessions are conducted with the utmost professionalism, and the content discussed remains confidential.

Age Requirement

• You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reading or service with us. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
